The day includes a late lunch with a glass of Kingscote wine. Sit down as a group with the chef to enjoy the fruits of your labour. It’s an ideal chance to unwind, ask any questions you might still have and get to know your fellow students. There’s even some ‘takeaway’ to enjoy at home.

Late morning break – roasted pigeon breast with prawn butter toasts
Entrée – warm salad of pheasant with roasted pine nuts and cranberries
Take home dish – roast breast and confit leg of partridge with caramelised chestnuts, root vegetable compote and Madeira jus
Plat Principale – pan-roasted loin of venison, braised greens and fig tart with Port wine jus
